Since 1971 the FLAMEPROOF COMPANIES have manufactured Fire Retardant and Preservative Treated Lumber and Plywood. What began as a small treatment facility in Chicago has now grown into branches in Milwaukee Wisconsin, Fort Worth Texas and Southern Ohio.

We were one of the first treated lumber manufacturers in the country to become FSC Certified.  In addition to manufacturing treated wood products, we are distributors of Versaroc, Homasote, I joist, Metal studs and more.
